Course Objective and Requirements

康复医学作为现代医学的新兴学科发展迅速,MBBS留学生班的学生必须掌握和了解该领域的基本知识和理论基础,更好地为病人服务,促进健康。通过本课程教学使学生掌握康复与康复医学的概念和基本理论,熟悉常见疾病的康复医疗原则、常用康复治疗技术和措施,以及现代医学的团队工作方式,培养多专业学科的协作精神。

开元棋牌有人赢吗Rehabilitation medicine is a new subject of modern medicine and is developing rapidly, so the students majoring in MBBS is very necessary to grasp and understand the basic knowledge and the theoretical foundation of the field in order to provide more comprehensive medical service for the patients and promote health. The teaching of this course is to enable students to master the basic theory and the concept of rehabilitation medicine and rehabilitation, to be familiar with the medical rehabilitation principle of common diseases and common rehabilitation techniques and measures, and modern medical team work, focuses on the training of multidisciplinary teamwork.


二、课程基本内容

(一)课程内容

康复医学是现代医学的组成部分之一,是研究疾病与功能、残疾及健康之间关系的学科。它以预防、评定和处理(包括治疗、功能训练等)疾病及功能障碍,促进功能恢复,提高生存质量为主要工作内容。通过不同医学专业的医务人员(医生、护士、物理治疗师、作业治疗师、言语治疗师、假肢矫形器工程师、心理治疗师和社会工作者等)以团队工作方式,采取综合康复医疗的手段治疗患者疾病及伴随的各种功能障碍,促进患者向社会和家庭的转归。本课程涉及康复医学的概念、基础理论、功能和残疾定义、临床常用康复诊疗的技术及常见疾病康复治疗原则和技术等。

II. Course Content

i. Course Content

Rehabilitation medicine is one component of modern medicine, and it is a subject that studies the relationship between disease and function, disability and health. It is based on prevention, evaluation and treatment (including treatment, functional training, etc.) of disease and dysfunction, promoting functional recovery, improving the quality of life as the main work. Different medical personnel (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, prosthetic and orthopedic engineers, psychologists and social workers, etc.) work together to treat patients with disease and all sorts of dysfunction through comprehensive rehabilitation therapy means. and promote patients back to society and family. This course involves the concepts of rehabilitation medicine, basic theory, the definitions of function and disability, the common clinical rehabilitation techniques and the rehabilitation principles and techniques for common diseases, and so on.

了解康复医学的发展史、现状和未来。

熟悉机构康复和社区康复的区别;功能评定的目的和主要方法;康复医疗的工作方式和各专业的职责与协作。

二、 康复医学基本理论和专业基础

目的要求

了解运动生理学基础;骨骼肌肉的运动生物力学基础;神经康复的机制。

熟悉康复医学专业基础。

掌握国际功能、残疾和健康分类的定义及相关因素;

教学时数 2学时

教学内容

1.运动学基础 含运动学和动力学概念,结缔组织的生物力学特性。

2.神经生理学基础 含感觉感受系统、反射活动、随意运动的机制和神经可塑性等。

教学方法

2. Principles and basics of Rehabilitation Medicine

Objectives

To know: Basic knowledge of athletic physiology, biomechanics of skeleton and muscles in sports; Mechanisms of neural rehabilitation

To acquaint: Rehabilitation basics and background

To grasp: Definition and category of function, deformity, health of WHO

三、常见疾病康复

(一)脑卒中康复

目的要求

了解:脑卒中常见合并症与并发症的处理。脑卒中康复的新进展。

熟悉:脑卒中功能评定方法和功能障碍的临床表现。

掌握:脑卒中康复的意义、目标与原则,脑卒中不同分期康复治疗的要点。

教学时数 4学时

教学内容

1.脑卒中后功能障碍的表现和功能评定。

2.脑卒中的康复医疗处理 急性期和恢复期的综合康复治疗方案和措施。

3.脑卒中合并症和并发症的康复处理 介绍肩痛、肩手综合征、肌痉挛状态和吞咽障碍的处理。

教学方法

1.应用多媒体教学软件临床小课讲授。(2学时)

2.临床见习。(2学时)

(二)颅脑外伤康复

目的要求

了解:颅脑外伤及手术后的觉醒程度及功能预后的判断;重症脑外伤及植物状态的处理。

熟悉:颅脑外伤及手术后的早期康复措施、认知障碍康复的主要评定和治疗方法。

掌握:颅脑外伤康复的概念和原则。

教学时数 4学时。

教学内容

1.颅脑外伤及手术后觉醒状态的观测和预后。

2.急性期及早期康复治疗措施。

3.认知障碍的功能评定和康复治疗方法。

4.预后与预防。

教学方法

1.应用多媒体教学软件临床小课讲授。(2学时)

(三)脊髓损伤康复

目的要求

了解:脊髓损伤预后的评价及临床处理措施。

熟悉:脊髓损伤的常用评定方法及功能障碍特点;

掌握:脊髓损伤的康复意义、常用评定方法及常用康复治疗方法,临床常见并发症的处理;

教学时数 4学时

教学内容

1.脊髓损伤的功能评定 损伤水平和程度的评定。

2.脊髓损伤的康复医疗 不同节段截瘫、神经源性膀胱和肠道、压疮等常见并发症和合并症的康复处理。

3.脊髓损伤的预后。

教学方法

1.应用多媒体教学软件临床小课讲授。(2学时)

2.临床见习。(2学时)

(四)脊柱退行性疾病康复

目的要求

了解:颈椎病和腰腿痛的病因、发病机制和预防。

熟悉:颈椎病和腰腿痛的康复意义和综合的评定方法。

掌握:颈椎病和腰腿痛的临床诊断、临床表现、分类、常用康复治疗方法。

教学时数 4学时。

教学内容

颈椎病和腰腿痛的康复。

教学方法

1Stroke rehabilitation:

Objectives

To know: The treatment of common complications and complications in patients with stroke. new progress in the rehabilitation of stroke.

To acquaint: functional evaluation of stroke and clinical manifestation of dysfunction

To grasp: the significance, objectives and principles of stroke rehabilitation, points of rehabilitation treatment for different stages of cerebral apoplexy

1) Manifestation of post stroke dysfunction and functional assessment;

2 stroke rehabilitation treatment, comprehensive rehabilitation treatment and measures during acute period and recovery period of stroke;

3) the rehabilitation of stroke complications and complications; treatment of the shoulder pain, shoulder hand syndrome, muscle spasm and dysphagia.

(2) Rehabilitation of brain injury

Objectives

To know: Judgment of the degree of awakening and functional prognosis after traumatic brain injury and surgery and the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury and plant status

To acquaint: Early rehabilitation measures after traumatic brain injury and surgery primary evaluation and treatment of cognitive impairment

To grasp: Concept and principles of rehabilitation of traumatic brain injury

(3) Rehabilitation of spinal cord injury

Objectives

To know: Evaluation of prognosis and clinical treatment of spinal cord injury

To acquaint: Common evaluation methods and functional impairment of spinal cord injury

To grasp: Rehabilitation significance of spinal cord injury, commonly used assessment methods and commonly used rehabilitation therapy, treatment of common clinical complications

1)functional evaluation of spinal cord injury, the evaluation of the level and degree of injury;

2)rehabilitation of spinal cord injury, Rehabilitation treatment of common complications and complications for different segments of paraplegia such as neurogenic bladder, intestinal tract, pressure ulcer, etc.;

To Know: Etiology, pathogenesis and prevention of cervical spondylosis and low back pain

To grasp: Clinical diagnosis, clinical manifestation, classification and rehabilitation treatment of cervical spondylosis and low back pain

四、 康复治疗和技术专业

目的要求

了解:物理治疗学、作业治疗学、言语语言病理学和假肢矫形学专业的主要治疗技术和临床应用;各专业治疗领域的新进展。

熟悉:物理治疗学、作业治疗学、言语语言病理学和假肢矫形学的专业范围和工作对象;主要技术分类和基本作用。

掌握:物理治疗学(运动疗法、物理因子治疗和西式手法等)、作业治疗学、言语语言病理学和假肢矫形学的定义和专业范畴;肌力训练、ROM训练、耐力训练、平衡协调训练、步态训练的应用原则。

教学时数 4学时

教学内容

1. 物理治疗学 主要讲授物理治疗学专业定义及基本知识,包括运动疗法、物理因子治疗和西式手法等技术,以及物理治疗专业在临床和相关领域的发展和应用。

2.作业治疗学 包括作业治疗学基本理论、以及功能性身体活动、日常生活活动、认知、手支具和环境改造等专业知识与技能。

3.言语语言病理学 包括该专业的基本、功能性言语障碍和神经性言语障碍的分类和治疗,侧重介绍神经系统疾病导致的失语症、构音障碍及吞咽治疗的临床诊断技术和康复方法。

4.康复工程学 主要介绍假肢和矫形学专业的定义和基本内容,以及上下肢假肢、矫形器和辅助器具的应用。

4.rehabilitation therapy

Objectives

To Know: The definition and professional category of physical therapy (exercise therapy, physiotherapy and Western techniques, etc.), occupational therapy, speech language pathology, science and prosthetic prosthetic. The application principles of strength training, ROM training, endurance training, balance coordination training, gait training .

To acquaint: The professional range and working object of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology and prosthetic orthopaedic surgery. Main technical classification and basic functions.

To grasp: Major treatment techniques and clinical applications in the field of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, and prosthetic orthopaedic surgery; new developments in the field of treatment.

1) Physical therapy: mainly teaches the definition of physical therapy and basic knowledge, including exercise therapy, physiotherapy and Western practices, and development and application in clinical and related areas.

2) Occupational therapy: include the basic theory of occupational therapy, and professional knowledge and skills such as functional physical activity, daily life activities, cognitive, hand and environmental improvement etc.

3)Speech language pathology: includes the basic theory of speech language pathology, the classification and treatment of functional speech disorder and neurogenic speech disorder, focuses on the clinical diagnostic techniques and methods of rehabilitation construction for aphasia, dysarthria and dysphagia caused by neurological disease.

4) Rehabilitation engineering: the definition of prosthetic and orthotic and the basic contents, and lower limb prostheses, orthoses and auxiliary appliance are introduced.

五、 临床常见疾病病例分析与讨论

目的要求

了解:临床常见病例合并症与并发症的处理。

熟悉:临床常见病例的诊断、功能评定方法和功能障碍的临床表现。

1.临床常见病例的诊断,功能障碍的表现和功能评定。

2.临床常见病例的分析和康复医疗处理。

3.临床常见病例的康复治疗处理。

2.学生分组对实际病例进行分析与讨论,并由带教老师点评。(2学时)
